Sample of Cover Letter

Either you are looking for jobs that require travel or just any other jobs, one thing for sure you need a good cover letter for your jobs application.

Cover Letter is a letter sent one with your resume when applying for jobs. Write a cover letter is a simple matter. However, sending a good cover letter is very important to give a good first impression to prospective employers.

Make sure your cover letter contains the following sections:

1. Head of the letter (letter header) - contains the name, address, phone number and email address.

2. Title - must be clear and complete.

3. Introduction - tell the purpose of the letter that seek work and attach a resume.

4. Contents I - tell you a brief background. Background does not mean your life history (date of birth, village of origin, number of siblings, etc.) but the relevant information about the position (educational background, work experience, achievements, skills). Make sure the content is compact and not too long.

5. Contents II - tells about the company, for example why the company is suitable to you, or why you feel admiration for the company. This is important to show that you are deeply investigating the company before applying for the job.

6. Conclusion – let the prospective employers know your expectations to be called an interview and ended with thanking in advance.

Here are tips that may help:

1. Remember that the cover letter is not read in detail by the employer. You do not need to take a long time to produce a cover letter (however, you must give some time to write a resume). As long as the cover letter does not impair your application, no problem.

2. Quick! Do not make it too long. Use short sentences and common words.

3. Be sure to check your letter of spelling and grammatical errors. Use short sentences and common words, not the bombastic one.

4. Use only three or four sentences to your background. Details about you should be included in the resume, not on the cover letter.

5. Tell where you found out about the job. If you respond to ads looking for job, make sure you put the full title. Include the reference number if available.

How to write a proper cover letter? In this post I’ll share two samples of the cover letter. Please have a look.

I could not tell you if I loved you the first moment I saw you, or if it was the second or third or fourth. But I remember the first moment I looked at you walking toward me and realized that somehow the rest of the world seemed to vanish when I was with you.
