1. Attend to live farm, ranch, or aquacultural animals that may include cattle, sheep, swine, goats, horses and other equines, poultry, finfish, shellfish, and bees.

2. Perform artificial insemination breeding, tail chalking, heat detection, record keeping and all tasks associated with dairy reproduction on a large dairy herd.

3. Attend to animals produced for animal products, such as meat, fur, skins, feathers, eggs, milk, and honey. Duties may include feeding, watering, herding, grazing, castrating, branding, de-beaking, weighing, catching, and loading animals.

4. Need to maintain records on animals; examine animals to detect diseases and injuries; assist in birth deliveries; and administer medications, vaccinations, or insecticides as appropriate.

5. Need to clean and maintain animal housing areas. Include workers who shear wool from sheep and collect eggs in hatcheries.

Other common possible requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years experience on a larger farm.
* Good knowledge of farming know how.
* Hard worker, self starter.
* Bilingual (English / any other required language) a big plus.
* Holding a valid passport (for travelling of course).
